Handmade Pasta 101

Description

Join us for an immersive cooking experience where we delve into the timeless tradition of making fresh pasta. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to mix, knead, roll and shape pasta dough into tagliatelle using simple fresh ingredients. Our expert chef will guide you through the process to achieve the perfect consistency and will teach you the proper cooking techniques to achieve al dente perfection.  While your pasta is resting, you will delve into the world of Pomodoro Sauce. Using fresh vegetables and extra virgin olive oil, you will create a vibrant pomodoro sauce from scratch and discover the balance of flavors and textures that make pomodoro a beloved Italian classic.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. BYOB is welcome, so for those over 21+ please feel free to bring your own beer and wine.
