Join us for an immersive, hands-on cooking experience celebrating the timeless art of fresh pasta making. In this class, you’ll learn how to mix, knead, roll, and shape pasta dough from scratch into beautiful tagliatelle using simple, fresh ingredients.
Our expert chef will guide you through each step of the process, from achieving the perfect dough consistency to mastering the techniques for cooking your pasta to al dente perfection.
While the pasta dough rests, you’ll turn your attention to a classic Italian Pomodoro Sauce. Using fresh ingredients and extra virgin olive oil, your chef will demonstrate how to prepare a vibrant pomodoro sauce from scratch, sharing tips for achieving the perfect balance of flavors and textures that make this simple sauce such a beloved Italian classic.
At the end of the class, you’ll bring everything together and enjoy your freshly made tagliatelle with homemade pomodoro sauce.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. BYOB is welcome, so for those over 21+ please feel free to bring your own beer and wine.

The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Guests who are 21+ are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).
