Are you ready to impress your friends and family with the perfect homemade sushi?

Learn the tips and tricks from a professional sushi chef in this highly interactive and hands-on class. You will learn to prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - a California Roll, a Crispy Spicy Crab Roll, and a Salmon and Avocado Roll.

All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, team building event, or surprising your partner on a romantic date night.

Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients. Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.

Guest requirement
Guests can park on the first floor of the garage at no cost (there will be signs saying no hotel parking but day guests can). ONLY park in the garage. Other spots are liable to be towed. Classes will take place in the hotel Bistro, which is straight through the lobby doors and down to the space in front of our Starbucks. The nature of our classes are set up so that guests will work in groups during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Booking parties will sit together. Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Chef Adrian was straight forward and no nonsense. He gave us good personal instruction when needed. He explained everything thoroughly…..and the finished product was delicious. The venue was appropriate but hard to get to during rush hour. All in all a very nice experience.

Instructor was very knowledgeable and made sure to walk around to each table to offer help and guidance along the way. I don’t think this should be advertised for 2 hours as we finished the class and eating in 1.5 hours but it was a cool experience to create our own sushi and a good date night idea!
