What You’ll Taste:
Enjoy six sparkling wines selected to showcase a variety of styles and flavors. As you sip, you’ll explore what makes each wine unique, from its aromas and taste to its bubbles and finish. This is a wine-only tasting, so food is not served or included during the class.
What You Will Learn:
Your Sommelier will introduce you to different types of sparkling wine, including what distinguishes styles like Champagne, Prosecco, and Cava. Learn how sparkling wines are made, what to look for when tasting, and how to choose a bottle for your next celebration. You’ll leave with a better understanding of sparkling wine and plenty of inspiration for your next toast.

Susan brings 10 years of experience in the wine industry, following a 17-year career in investment banking. She is a Certified Sommelier and is currently pursuing her Diploma in Wine, an advanced and more academic study of wine. Susan’s favorite part of the wine industry is sharing her knowledge and watching guests have that exciting “aha” moment when something about wine finally clicks.
