There's nothing like making your own delicious pasta from scratch!

Pasta is a staple in Italian cuisine and has been since around 1154. Now, in American culture pasta is seen as something quick and easy from a box. In this class, we will get back to the roots of Italian cuisine by creating delicious Fettuccine pasta and accompany it with a creamy classic Vodka Sauce made from scratch. All ingredients are easily available at local grocery stores or even in your own home right now so impressing your friends and family with your incredible pasta making skills has never been easier!

No experience needed! All ingredients and cooking equipment is provided for you so all that’s needed is a passion for food and a willingness to learn something new.

From the budding chef who wants to expand on their culinary prowess to the person who has never picked up a spatula, this class caters to all and welcomes all levels of learning!  

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.  Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.  Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue.  Outside drinks are not allowed 21+ only please.

Chef Ari grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts. He earned a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu cooking school before heading out into the culinary world. From stadiums to hotels, high-end restaurants to food trucks, Chef Ari has honed his skills across the industry to forge his own unique cooking style. After coming to NYC, he oversaw notable restaurants such as Hill Country BBQ and Miriam’s UWS. A lover of travel and world cuisine, Chef Kendall looks to bring his knowledge and passion for food from the kitchen right to you.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase at the bar. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
