In this class you will learn how easy it is, and fun to prepare potato gnocchi from scratch. Your chef instructor will walk you through the entire process—from selecting the right potatoes to rolling, shaping, and cooking the perfect gnocchi. You’ll also learn the fundamentals of dough handling and gain insight into different gnocchi variations and complementary sauces.
Learn to master the recipe for a mouthwatering Gnocchi with a brown butter sage sauce. Saute your gnocchi along with the butter sauce before plating the before made-from-scratch meal. Buon appetito! Whether you're a novice or an experienced cook, this class is designed to be fun, hands-on and educational.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed 21+ only please.
Chef Ari grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts. He earned a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu cooking school before heading out into the culinary world. From stadiums to hotels, high-end restaurants to food trucks, Chef Ari has honed his skills across the industry to forge his own unique cooking style. After coming to NYC, he oversaw notable restaurants such as Hill Country BBQ and Miriam’s UWS. A lover of travel and world cuisine, Chef Kendall looks to bring his knowledge and passion for food from the kitchen right to you.
