Meet your chef instructor
Chef Angie is a born and bred New Yorker who knew she wanted to be a chef since the tender age of 5. Years of cooking with her grandmother led her to enter a life of culinary arts beginning with culinary based after school programs and leading to a Bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University. Chef Angie’s career path took her from line cook to front of house management and finally to culinary teacher and caterer. She created her own Caribbean Fusion catering company, Thymeless Catering in 2018; and extended her reach to giving back to the community through her non profit work with the Black Chef Movement. When not cooking, competing, teaching or giving back Chef Angie enjoys trying new restaurants and being a tourist in her own city!!

Great class. Very personable and helpful instructor. Good tunes in the background. Got to make an extra roll with the left over ingredients. Left fuller than expected, which is always a win
