Bring your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, team building event, or surprising your partner on a romantic date.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you are part of a large group. This class is for guests 18+. Drinks will not be available for purchase during the class, but water will be provided. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed on site.

Meet your chef instructor
Chef Angie is a born and bred New Yorker who knew she wanted to be a chef since the tender age of 5. Years of cooking with her grandmother led her to enter a life of culinary arts beginning with culinary based after school programs and leading to a Bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University. Chef Angie’s career path took her from line cook to front of house management and finally to culinary teacher and caterer. She created her own Caribbean Fusion catering company, Thymeless Catering in 2018; and extended her reach to giving back to the community through her non profit work with the Black Chef Movement. When not cooking, competing, teaching or giving back Chef Angie enjoys trying new restaurants and being a tourist in her own city!!
