Guided by Chef Tanzania, you’ll master the essential techniques behind this iconic French staple- from mixing and shaping to proofing and baking- while gaining the confidence to recreate it at home.
This class goes beyond bread. Once your baguettes are in the oven, you’ll prepare a selection of simple yet flavorful accompaniments, including herb butter, garlic-infused olive oil, a soft cheese spread, and a fresh seasonal tomato topping. Together, these elements create a complete tasting experience that highlights the beauty of well-crafted, balanced flavors.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 3-4.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
Tanzania Rolle is a culinary arts instructor and caterer with 13 years of hands-on experience in the kitchen, ranging from foundational techniques to elevated menu development. Over the years, she has developed an approach centered on making great food both approachable and intentional, blending creativity with strong technical expertise. She brings real-world experience, precision, and a genuine love for the craft into everything she does!
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase at the bar. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please.
