This class was fun and very informative. The four of us loved Chef Marquise. He was always attentive when we needed his help to make sure our sushi looked great and we surely were asking questions :-)! We did three types of rolls. Our daughters were very happy to take a sushi class and learn how to make them. Would definitely recommend this learning cooking experience! Thank you chef Marquise.

Markees was awesome! I got this as a birthday gift for my boyfriend who loves sushi and we really wanted to learn how to make it. Markees taught us how to make a maki roll, inside out california roll, and a hand roll. Easier said than done, but he gave us some great tips and we’ll definitely be practicing at home! Highly recommend. #YesChef!
