Tagliatelle Alfredo from Scratch

Description

Indulge in the ultimate culinary experience with our exclusive CocuSocial class, where we delve into the art of crafting handmade pasta. Discover the unparalleled satisfaction of creating your own Tagliatelle pasta entirely from scratch under the expert guidance of our chef instructor.

While the pasta dough rests, your chef instructor will demonstrate the secrets behind crafting a velvety Alfredo sauce. Join in the interactive session as we master the art of this popular sauce, easily replicable in your own kitchen.

Finally, gather around the table to savor the fruits of your labor as we enjoy a communal meal, indulging in your delicious plate of pasta. Enhance your experience by bringing your favorite beverages to complement the flavors throughout the class. The venue has a cute outdoor patio with additional seating to enjoy your meal and drinks (weather permitting).

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests are invited to BYOB beer, wine, or champagne.
