Spanish Date Night: Paella

Description

Due to limited seating, and to ensure proper social distancing is in place, this venue can only accept bookings of 2 or more. If you are booking your class as a group please make the reservation under one name, as a full booking group.

Travel to Valencia, Spain with this classic recipe for Paella. This quintessential Spanish dish is usually made on Sundays over an open fire. It’s a family celebration and sangria is always present! Learn how to make this simple recipe infused with saffron, smoky chorizo, shrimp, and aromatic vegetables in your own home in a matter of hours. Wow your friends at your next dinner party with this beautiful family-style dish!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. This class is BYOB!
