Artisan Pizza

Description

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn the basics behind the perfect pizza dough, and the science behind it.

In this fun and interactive class you will learn how to make, knead, proof, and form pizza dough (including how to toss it in the air!). Our expert Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before allowing you to work the yeast, flour, and other dry & liquid ingredients into your dough. Together you'll utilize basic pantry ingredients to blend together a rich, flavorful tomato sauce.

Our Chef Instructor will share some of his pizza making secrets and some fun recipe ideas including: Italian hero pizza, Beer dough pizza, and the Grilled cheese pizza!

Guests will learn some basic knife skills to prep vegetables and toppings.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
