Our Chef will demonstrate how to make a classic Pesto sauce, blending fresh basil, garlic, and Parmesan into a flavorful masterpiece. Guests will assist in building the sauce along with the chef. To complete the experience, sit down to enjoy your homemade pasta, paired with the rich flavors of your freshly made pesto. Under the guidance of Chef Joy, you’ll bring the taste of Italy to your table—no travel required!
Designed for all skill levels, this interactive and fun class provides everything needed to craft an impressive pasta dish, with all equipment and ingredients provided.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party, and guests in the same group will collaborate throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.
Chef Joy has been a Chef for over 10 years - beginning as mobile delivery service, then becoming a caterer and private Chef. She loves experimenting with all types of cuisine - her roots being in soul food and her heart in being plant-based healthy eats. You can find her serving international dishes, fusion, five star events and cozy home gatherings. She prides herself on her flexibility in the kitchen and has a passion for educating about food and health - helping others to build mindful eating practices and better relationships with food.
