Discover the delicious world of handmade dumplings in this interactive, flavor-filled cooking class. Guided by your chef instructor, you’ll learn the techniques behind beautifully wrapped dumplings, from classic pleats to traditional triangular folds. Along the way, you’ll explore the cultural significance of dumplings across different cuisines and gain the confidence to recreate them at home.
The class covers everything from dough basics to filling preparation. You’ll practice essential knife skills, learn how to make the dumpling dough from scratch, balance flavors, and create a savory beef filling (with a vegetarian option available upon request).
By the end of the class, you’ll have mastered the art of folding, filling, and shaping dumplings- and leave with the skills to impress friends and family with your own homemade creations.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
