In this highly interactive and hands-on class, the Chef will let you in on tips and tricks of making delicious Temaki style sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - a roll featuring Tuna or Salmon, a California Roll, and a "catch of the day" which will make use of fresh, locally sourced fish and sustainable ingredients.
All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, team building event, or surprising your partner on a romantic date night. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Outside drinks are not allowed.
