Handmade Gnocchi

Description

Join us for a hands-on culinary experience where you’ll learn the art of making delicious, homemade gnocchi from scratch!

In this fun and interactive class, you’ll discover the techniques behind creating light, tender gnocchi using ingredients. Your instructor will guide you through every step, from preparing and shaping the dough to forming beautiful, bite-sized gnocchi. This dish is also Gluten free friendly.

You’ll also learn how to prepare a classic butter and sage sauce—simple, fragrant, and the perfect complement to your freshly made gnocchi.

At the end of the class, you’ll sit down and enjoy the gnocchi you’ve created, and you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to recreate this comforting Italian favorite at home.

Chef Liam's culinary journey has been lifelong. As a child, he did not eat many foods outside of pizza, chicken nuggets, and fries. However, watching the Food Network opened Liam's eyes and taste buds to what he was missing out on and he never looked back. Liam attended the Culinary Institute of America and learned the foundations of cooking and explored how our food system came to be. Liam loves sharing the knowledge and experience he's gained with cooks of all levels and how food has helped him build community.
