Our experienced Chef Instructor will demystify the process, sharing secrets for making perfect pasta dough every time. You will be taken step-by-step through the art of ravioli making, from rolling and cutting dough to filling and cooking your ravioli. Transform the gorgeous seasonal ingredients into some of the best fillings you’ve ever tasted! Then compliment your creations with two traditional sauces. We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. Our Chef Instructor will also go over our favorite resources in the city to find the ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home.
No experience necessary! The only requirement is a fun attitude and a love of good food. Our venue offers delicious cocktails and wines for sell that will pair extremely well with your dinner that you and your friends will prepare. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
