French Bistro Date Night

Description

Oui, oui! This evening, you are cordially invited to Chef Milad's home for a 3-course French Bistro themed dinner party. Be transported to a bustling street of Paris, where the mouthwatering smell of Croque Madame wafts from a charming bistro and lure you in. Accompanied with a lovely frisee salad and an indulgent whipped yogurt parfait with fresh, seasonal fruit compote, this meal is sure to impress anyone.

In this energetic and interactive class, you will learn how to master three delicious recipes. Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration of how to construct each of the dishes that are simple yet luxurious. On the menu this evening are: Croque Madame, warm sandwich ofham, ooey gooey cheese, an egg, and luscious scratch-made bechemel sauce, A refreshing Frisee Salad, and finally a lovely whipped yogurt parfait with seasonal fresh compote, also made from scratch. After creating your French masterpieces, you will have time to sit down with a glass of wine (BYOB of your favorite French wine) and eat your scrumptious French meal to your hearts content!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive on time, wearing your mask. Guests are invited to BYOB wine, beer, or champagne.
