Discover the flavorful world of Asian Dumplings!
In this hands-on cooking class, our Chef Instructor will teach you how to make dumplings with explosive flavor and the perfect texture.
Dumplings can be boiled, steamed, fried and stuffed with any number of items from meat to fruit. You will have the option to fill your dumplings with a savory mixture of chicken and pork, and for vegans, a mixture of vegetables. Accompanying sauces for the dumplings will also be made.
Our Chef Instructor will demonstrate how to make dumpling dough from scratch (recipe will be provided), while you will use dumpling wrappers, in the interest of time, during the class. By the end of class you'll have walked away having learned the function of ingredients, fundamental technique, and the ability to maximize flavor.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. This class is BYOB!
