With a few simple ingredients, a little muscle and a lot of love, whip up home-made pillow-soft dumplings just like Nonna!

In this fun and interactive class you’ll learn how to make the ultimate Italian comfort food gnocchi, with the necessary tips and tricks on how to make the potato-based (completely plant-based) dough from scratch. Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating the process of making, folding, rolling, cutting and shaping gnocchi dough. Our Chef Instructor will then demonstrate (with class participation) how to create a classic and flavorful tomato basil sauce made from scratch and easy to recreate at home! We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish, which you will be able to enjoy at the end of class. You are invited to pair the experience with the organic, natural and delicious wines of Lucid Winery, for a night guaranteed to please the palate and soothe the soul.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. 21+ only.

Harriet Alexandria has worked in a wide range of kitchens, from casual pizza joints to upscale restaurants, and even dive bars where burgers reign supreme.

In her classes, Chef Harriet’s goal is to show participants just how easy and rewarding it can be to cook from scratch. She believes it’s far more satisfying than ordering take-out, and she’s excited to create that passion for others. Through this experience, students will not only gain valuable cooking skills but also learn recipes they can show off to friends and family. Chef Harriet is eager to make this an enjoyable and educational experience for everyone involved!

Guest requirement

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.  Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price.  There will be drinks available for purchase at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed.  21+ please.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

This class was soooo fun and easy to comprehend! The event space was sooooo cute and the drinks were amazing and Harriet was so sweet and attentive to everyone! Me and my partner needed help at times and she came over to personally attend to us and the gnocchi was absolutely delicious:)
