He was amazing. I will definitely be signing up under more classes with him. He made it really fun and he was so full of knowledge. The class was fun! My only request is there should have at least been bottled water to drink in my opinion. Chef David told us when we got there that there were no drinks at all available so we did go down to the gas station to get some water, but it would’ve been nice if this was available at least. I want to make a complaint on the following and I don’t know where to do so: Minutes after the class started, a lady who said she was the “community manager “ came in and asked to speak with him and stated it could not wait until the class was over. We could hear her talking harshly to him in the hall and from what I gather it was something about the tables that he was using for the class. The conversation went on for maybe 10 minutes. This sounded like something that should have been discussed before the class or after the class, but it was very uncomfortable and inappropriate for the entire situation. I do not blame Chef David one bit. I feel sorry for him actually for having to deal with that.
