No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guest requirement
Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to park and check in. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 or 3 may be asked to share their station with another couple.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

We've tried 3 different chefs and Chef Ben is by far our favorite. The ravioli was fun and very tasty, only downside was the stuffing to the Ravioli wasn't evenly distributed and some ended up with overstuffed, while some barely had enough. Liked the tools he showed us and moved at a great pace.

This is the second class I have taken with Ben. He is an excellent teacher. He makes it look easy although he is multitasking and working within the time constraints of a class. His classes are fun and informative and the food that you get to eat at the end is amazing! I am now inspired to buy a pasta maker after the ravioli class!
