In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make a double crust Apple Pie with Caramel Sauce- perfect for the upcoming holidays! In this seasonal class, our experienced Pastry Chef Instructor will teach you how to create a flaky pie crust by hand, including rolling out the dough, making a delicious filling, and crimping the edges to make your pies look beautiful. After taking this class, make sure to tell your guests to save room for dessert because they are going to want to sample your newly honed baking skills this holiday season!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Former Modern Dancer and 'survivor of the 1960s' Fran retired from her job as a portfolio manager in 2011 to attend the Paris Le Cordon Bleu school. She completed her diploma in Cuisine in 2014 and has taught French and Spanish cooking to adults both in Australia and the United States.
