Are you ready to impress your friends and family with the perfect sushi rolls?
Learn the tips and tricks from a professional chef in this highly interactive and hands-on class. You will learn to prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations (one of which will be a hand roll): Spicy Tuna, California, and a special veggie roll featuring mango, cucumber, avocado and fried shallots.
The best part will be sitting down to enjoy your rolls, perhaps with a refreshing craft beer or two from our friends at Wild Barrel!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. Class attendance is open to anyone 18+. Drinks are available for purchase for 21+ with proof of valid ID.
