In this class, we will get back to the roots of Italian cuisine by creating delicious handmade pasta and accompany it with a creamy classic Vodka Sauce made from scratch. All ingredients are easily available at local grocery stores or even in your own home right now so impressing your friends and family with your incredible pasta making skills has never been easier!
No experience needed! All ingredients and cooking equipment is provided for you so all that’s needed is a passion for food and a willingness to learn something new.
From the budding chef who wants to expand on their culinary prowess to the person who has never picked up a spatula, this class caters to all and welcomes all levels of learning! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to check in. Our venue partner Witch Creek Winery will have great pairings available for purchase

Meet your chef instructor
With a degree in nutrition, Chef Ben spent the first 6 years of his career working as a food scientist for a billion dollar food company. Eventually he realized that processed food was not his passion, and he's spent every spare moment since then mastering his craft in the kitchen with real food, specializing in healthy California inspired cuisine, with an emphasis on whole foods and plant-based recipes.

Witch Creek Winery is San Diego's oldest Urban Winery originally founded in 1993 and then relocated to Carlsbad in 1996. Guest requirement
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. BYOB is restricted. Our venue partner Witch Creek Winery will have great pairings available for purchase
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
