Classic Handmade Pasta

There is nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Tagliatelle or Farfalle. While your pasta dough is resting, your Chef Instructor will demo how to make two pasta sauces from scratch: Vodka Sauce and Pancetta with Cherry Tomatoes. Then we'll break out the pasta rollers to learn the traditional way of flattening out the dough until it can be shaped into the perfect noodle.  Once your pasta noodles are cooked in boiling water, you will be able to sit down and enjoy your pasta paired with each sauce.  Sit back, relax, and enjoy tasting your handmade creation!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Chef Nader is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry. Chef Nader's has a long list of accomplishments that include success as an Executive Chef, Culinary Instructor and Restaurant owner.

Guest requirement

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

This was such a great experience for me and my partner. The chef was amazing and had a great personality. His assistant was super helpful and made this experience run very smoothly. The food was delicious and I had an amazing time preparing the pasta. It was also BYOB, so my partner and I was able to have a glass of our favorite wine with our meal. I definitely recommend and plan on signing up for the chefs other classes as well.

This was such a great class! The chef was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and charming (love the dry humor). There were a few times where the instrcutions could have been a bit more clear but overall very smooth. The food was absolutely delicious! Pasta was easy to make (surprisingly) and the sauces were to die for. Defiantly will make these at home. The venue was intimate, casual and sold really interesting, high quality products. Grabbed some for home and for gifs. Totally worth it. Planning to attend another one in the future. Much check out.
