Chef Huong was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about sushi making and made the session informative, fun, and approachable for first timers. Making sushi is a real art and I formed a new appreciation for this food after taking the class! The amount of sushi was perfect for one person and more filling than I expected. Hotel Majestic was an interesting venue in the city and I loved being able to explore Japantown before and after the session. Great class, 10/10 would recommend!

It was fun laughing, rolling, and eating. We were quizzed, got our fingers sticky, and learned how to make rice. All the ingredients were fresh. You won't leave hungry.

Thank you for a wonderful experience!! The teacher was excellent and very engaging and I learned a lot about making sushi! My only suggestion is to leave a bit more time for eating each roll between making them. It felt a bit rushed. But it was a super fun and engaging learning experience over all. Thank you again!!!
