In this highly interactive and hands-on class, veteran CocuSocial Chef Instructor, Huong (Leenah) will enrich you with tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - Tuna Maki, Gunkan, and California Roll. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match seasonal produce and ingredients to develop your own unique edition.
This class is NOT BYOB! For those 21 and older, the hosting venue will offer beer, wine and sake for purchase with credit card only. Bring your curiosity and appetite!
