Then, we will get our hands on fresh potatoes to make our dough. Once we have learned to create our shapes and form our dumplings, we will work on our sauce. In this lesson, you will learn how to create Potato Gnocchi with scratch made fresh pesto. These flavors are sure to transport you straight to the hills of Northern Italy. Let's discover the mystery behind these fluffy treats and create a dish that can be easily done at home!

Jude Barnes is a Miami born and Atlanta raised Chef. Delicious food has always been the center of his life. For the last ten years Chef Jude has been a restaurant chef and caterer in the San Francisco Bay Area. For five of those years, as a culinary instructor. He also runs a meal prep business, dishing up seasonal, organic bites for the community. Chef Jude loves sharing his culinary knowledge and the joy that food brings.

BYOB is welcome-Beer, Wine or Champagne. Our venue partner The Ferry Building also has many great merchants where drinks can be purchased.The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
