From mixing and kneading your own pasta dough to hand-cutting ravioli, you’ll build confidence and skill as you craft this classic Italian favorite.

What You’ll Make:
Chef Jason will guide you through two delicious sauces—pesto-Alfredo and basil marinara—each designed to complement your handmade ravioli beautifully. Along the way, he’ll demonstrate plating techniques and share helpful tips on sourcing fresh ingredients and choosing essential tools so you can recreate the full experience at home.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced home cook, this fun, hands-on workshop provides everything you need to create an impressive pasta dish. All ingredients and equipment are provided!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Classes are intended for adults 18+.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Guests are invited to BYOB. Please note that drinks are limited to one bottle of wine per pair. While we welcome you to enjoy your favorite drink during the class, please keep in mind the safety of yourself and others. We kindly ask that you drink responsibly and in moderation:)

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
