Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun!
Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on, social cooking class, you’ll practice all the skills needed to make sushi at home, including how to prepare and season sushi rice, shop for sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty vegetables and other ingredients to a California Roll, Salmon Roll, and a Veggie Roll.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated within your group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+
Chef Scott began his culinary career at 14 in the Seattle area, quickly finding a
love for classical French style fine dining. From running culinary operations for
stadiums to creating 7 course tasting menus for a private bed and breakfast, he has
seen a bit of everything in the culinary world. Most recently, Chef Scott worked as
the executive sous chef at the Marcus Whitman Hotel in Walla Walla, WA,
focusing on Chef’s Table events and incorporating locally sourced ingredients
wherever possible.
