Pasta Night: Handmade Ravioli

Description

There’s nothing quite like fresh, handmade ravioli from scratch!

Join Chef Abra for a fun, hands-on Pasta Night at Black Lab Brewing, where you’ll learn how to make ravioli completely from scratch. You’ll mix and roll fresh pasta dough, prepare a delicious spinach and ricotta filling, then learn how to roll, fill and fold your own ravioli by hand. To finish, you’ll cook your ravioli and toss it in a simple brown butter sauce with crispy sage.

What You’ll Make: You’ll make fresh pasta dough from scratch, prepare a flavorful spinach and ricotta filling, and hand-shape your own ravioli. Once cooked, your ravioli will be finished with brown butter and crispy sage for a simple, delicious sauce that lets the homemade pasta shine. Along the way, Chef Abra will share tips and techniques for working with fresh pasta dough, shaping ravioli and making homemade pasta at home.
