Learn to make pasta dough from scratch, then fill your ravioli and finish it off with a quick brown butter sage sauce. We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. We'll also go over our favorite resources in NYC to find the ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests throughout class. Drinks are NOT available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are allowed. BYOB beer, wine, and champagne only. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask.

Meet your chef instructor

Chef Oonagh has been in the culinary world for 20 years. She has owned a successful catering company in NYC for 8 years. She teaches cooking and nutrition classes to kids and adults in groups or in private homes. Her cooking classes are hands on, focus on healthy eating, nutrition discussion and an emphasis on kitchen safety.  She graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2007.

Guest requirement
Masks are required at all times in the venue aside from when you are eating or drinking at your table. Guests are also welcome to bring their own aprons to class. Drinks are NOT available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are allowed. BYOB beer, wine, and champagne only.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

We loved the whole experience as a couple! We can't believe the pasta we made and ate. If anything, I wish they would start on time but otherwise, just brilliant teaching and team!

Overall an amazing experience. This was our first class and will definitely not be our last. Oonagh was great, you could tell she was happy to be there and worked hard to be able to teach us as much as possible in the allotted time. We are looking forward to taking the sushi class with her!

The ravioli and sauce were DELICIOUS! The instructor was great and has clearly been doing this for a long time. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the set up was interesting- it was in a hotel conference room and there was only 4 pasta rollers for 20+ people, and only one boiling pot for everyone as well. So there was a line for both the rollers then the boiler, but it worked out. Would go back!

Fun and enjoyable class. I understand the time constraint but feel it would have been better to have made the ravioli filling and prepare the dough. (Maybe if the classes are as frequent each class could prepare the dough for the next one) But very fun. Food was delicious and the teachers were pretty helpful
