Buttercream Blooms & Borders: The Art of Cookie Decorating

Description

Get creative and dive into the delicious art of cookie decorating!

Join us for a fun, interactive workshop with Chef Yolanda, where you'll learn the art of decorating classic cutout sugar cookies with delicious, velvety buttercream. We'll move beyond basic spreading and dive into professional piping techniques using various metal tips. Chef Yolanda will provide pre-baked cookies, so you can skip the baking and jump right into the fun.

What You'll Make: You'll learn how to "crumb coat" a cookie for a smooth base, pipe intricate borders, and create textured designs like rosettes and leaves. Along the way, you'll build confidence working with piping bags and a variety of metal tips to achieve polished, professional-looking results. By the end of the class, you'll have a beautiful set of custom-designed cookies and the skills to recreate them for any holiday, event, or just because.

No experience necessary!

We provide all the tools and ingredients you need—just bring your creativity and enthusiasm.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.

You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.
