Master The Art of Meal Prepping

Description

Meal prepping is the art of preparing your meals ahead of time. You may be overwhelmed by the organization required to plan your recipes and grocery list in advance. However, it will end up always saving you time and money-not to mention, choosing healthier options over take out! So we created this class to take some of the pressure off of you, and teach you how to meal prep like a pro!

In this two hour hands-on and interactive class, Chef Jen will take you step by step through the process of preparing two meals that will last you throughout the week, Cashew Chicken and Steak Fajitas (vegetarian substitutions are available).

But wait, there's more! You will receive a full packet with a comprehensive grocery list and four more recipes to carry you through breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack time. You'll be able to prepare the following additional recipes with the grocery list provided: Classic Cobb Salad, Pesto Chicken Pasta, Bacon Ham & Cheddar Omelet, and Coconut Lemon Bites.

Invite your friends and family to join you for class, so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun experience preparing your meals together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Jen throughout the class.

You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list so that you can cook along with Chef Jen in real time. Prepare your mis-en-place ahead of the session (see instructions in the ingredients/equipment sheet) and let’s get prepping!

Tickets are on a per-person basis. Please note our class times are in Eastern Time Zone!
