Meet your chef instructor
Chef Annria's love of cuisines of the world stems from growing up in South Africa, a melting pot of diverse cultures. After she moved to the U.S., she continued her love of world cuisines - both in cooking and teaching. Chef Annria was trained in the classic French style, however her interests are far and wide. There is not a cuisine she has come across that she did not like - well...perhaps offal, her grandfather's specialty!

Annria was awesome. We have really enjoyed all of our Cocusocial classes (6ish?), but she had a wonderful blend of conversation, history and cooking which makes us want to cook with her again.
