Description

There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself. It’s is easier than you might think.

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful Tagliolini, Fettuccine and Tagliatelle just like the Italian MasterChef’s. Next, you’ll pair your handcrafted pasta with a delicious burnt butter and sage sauce and Pomodoro sauce; both made from scratch. 

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4. 21+ only.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

The instructor Maria and Melissa, the assistant were great. I think it was not enough time for all the people that had signed up. We needed another 30 minutes or so. But alot of stress on the the instructors and the atmosphere in general.

I had a great time as Maria and Melissa were great. However, I felt as though the class was rushed. I think the class needs to be either 30 minutes longer or the class size needs to be smaller to accommodate the time slot.

The class was wonderful. The chefs were very nice, thorough with their explanations, and eager to help. They made pasta making very simple. My only issue is that the class felt rushed because it had too many people and too few pasta rolling machines. It would have been better to have either fewer people in the class or to make the class longer so we weren't rushed and could give the pasta rolling process the attention it needs. I would still take the class again.

Maria was fabulous and we had a fun and informative evening. The class was a little rushed because she had too many people booked for the short two hours that the class lasted. With all the people that attended the workshop, there was not enough time to use the pasta machines and cook the pasta within the timeframe we had. Also, it would have been great if it was a "Bring Your Own Beverages" (Water or wine) event. I can't wait to start experimenting and making pasta at home.

The class was amazing, Maria and Melissa were outstanding! The only comment is the class could definitely be extended to 3 hours. With a 24 person class 2 hour 15 minutes makes you feel a bit rushed which is hectic for everyone. Strongly suggest extending the class time. Everything else was amazing and the food was delicious! Definitely will book again!
