Escape to the bustling streets of India as you take in the intoxicating aroma's and flavors with our Indian Street Food class! Spice up your next dinner party with these exotic and easy to make appetizers that your guests will never forget!
In this hands-on intensive class, you will learn the basics to sourcing and balancing herbs and spices and the art of refining the perfect Indian flavor combinations. Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to use proper knife skills and recreating traditional Indian cooking techniques.
In this class you will be learning how to create the following Street Food menu:
Spicy Aloo Tikki: spiced potato patties with chutney
Lentil Kabab: spiced lentil patties
Indo-Chinese vegetarian paneer fried rice
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
