Mediterranean Mezze Party

Description

In this class, you will learn how to make three classic Mediterranean small plates that will please both vegetarians and omnivores alike! We will make fresh hummus, baba ganoush, and tzatziki from scratch. Chef Abrar, an expert in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, will also provide her home-made pita chips to scoop up and enjoy the three small plates we create. Bring your favorite wine, beer, or champagne and let's get this mezze party going!

In this memorable, hands-on class, you will step by step how to create three famous Mediterranean small plates: hummus, baba ganoush, and tzatziki. Chef Abrar will also share her secret to making the best home-made pita chips. Feel free to bring any container to take your leftover home with you.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask.

What a wonderful experience! Chef Abrar is a wonderful teacher, and helped my wife and me make the most delicious Mediterranean dips we have ever had. We have already signed up for the other class she currently offers, and hope she adds more soon!
