Neapolitan Pizza Party

Want to learn to make pizza like a pro? In this class you will learn the history, prep and construction of the iconic Neapolitan pizza. Mix, form and top your own pizza dough to create a delicious Italian pie that you can easily recreate in your own home.

Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make a quick rising dough, how to choose the right flour, basic kneading techniques and how to achieve the perfect crust. You will also make one ball of dough to take home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Please arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in .

Cancellation policy
