Learn the art of making this indulgent dish from scratch- kneading the pasta dough, creating its fettuccine form, and then adding the luscious and buttery sauce.

No experience necessary! The only requirement is a fun attitude and a love of good food. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, with the goal of coming together at the end of class to enjoy our delicious homemade Italian meal. Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

It was a wonderful experience! Chef Jyoti was very inviting and open initially as everyone came in. Then when the cooking lesson started, she gave very clear instructions and had everything all ready to go for each group. She made sure everyone was successful at making pasta. I had a blast! Making fettuccine pasta with alfredo sauce from scratch was as entertaining as it was educational, but Jyoti Patil was the best part of it all. Jyoti greeted me after arriving 15 minutes before the others. She introduced me to her assistant, the menu, and engaging conversation. The others were greeted with the same outgoing personality; this made the group more comfortable with one another. Each station was accompanied with a personal story that made cooking feel more hobby than chore. While the pasta was delicious, the best part was arriving earlier than the other guests.

Adding an option for snacks, wine, desert at an additional fee would be nice. Adding an option for protein (chicken/shrimp) would be great, too.
