This is not your average taco night! From making fresh tortillas with masa (corn flour) to braising juicy and tender chicken, you will learn to make one of the most popular foods of all times completely from scratch. Perfect for a date night or a night out with your friends and family!
In this lively hands-on class you’ll learn to make corn tortillas from masa flour (it’s easier than you think) using your own hands and traditional tortilla press and build the most delicious tacos you’ve ever tasted— saucy shredded chicken braised in a smoky, spiced tomato concoction is an iconic and much loved filling for this savory morsels. It’s a taco night you’ll be able to enjoy with friends and family any time you want.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 min early to check in and settle in, wearing your mask. Chef will provide disposable gloves and aprons for you to use during the class. Masks should be worn at all times except when dining and gloves and aprons will be provided. You will be seated with your party, otherwise social distancing guidelines will be in place.
