One of CocuSocial's most highly rated Chef Instructors, Chef Scott will be your host this afternoon and teach you how to create the following dishes from scratch: Pork Shumai, Crispy Shrimp Spring Rolls, and Sweet Cantonese-style Fried Gok Zai Dumplings filled with coconut flakes, peanuts, and sesame seeds. Accompany this feast with a nice pot of green or jasmine tea and your favorite condiments such as soy sauce, sriracha, or sweet chili sauce for the best experience.

The full ingredients list consists of: ground pork, grated ginger, sesame oil, frozen or fresh peas for garnish, cooked and chopped large shrimp, green onion, napa cabbage, carrot, red bell pepper, sweet chili sauce (store bought), sweetened coconut flakes, chopped and roasted peanuts, toasted sesame seeds, granulated sugar, store bought wonton skins, salt and pepper, and condiments of your choice such as soy sauce, sriracha, etc.
