In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn to make soft and pillow-y gnocchi -- tiny delicious dumplings made with potatoes or ricotta. We’ll also make scrumptious butter garlic sauce to pair with our freshly made gnocchi and top with fresh garnish such as green peas, basil, and parmesan cheese. You'll walk away knowing how to make well-crafted dough, how to form the pasta, and what it takes to put together an authentic Italian meal to impress your family and friends!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
