You will learn step by step how to create "sofrito", the base made with vegetables that brings the "oomph" of flavors to this rice based dish. Then, you will start to build your dish by adding rice and the proteins. Bring your favorite wine or beer to cheer and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Buen Provecho!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets in case you wish to recreate the dish on your own after the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore.
