In this virtual class you’ll learn to make two different fillings - one meat and one plant based option - as well as Chef's unique sauces to top these savory morsels. And of course, guac and margarita for a full Mexican Fiesta. It’s a delicious and easily come together menu you’ll be able to enjoy with friends and family any time you want. No experience is required! We will send you the equipment and ingredients list, which are easy to find and you may already have them in your home kitchen. If you don't have all ingredients, do not despair! Some ingredients can be easily substituted and our Chef will teach you how to make the most of what you already have on hand. Just make sure you have these essential ingredients: beef or ground meat, sweet potatoes or regular potatoes, onions, beans, tomatoes, lime, avocado, oil, corn or regular flour, and spice mix of Ground Cumin, Chili, Garlic, Paprika, Salt, Pepper to bring that Mexican flavor. You will have an opportunity to interact with the Chef and ask questions once you have created your dish.
