Let's taco 'bout ways to fight off the quarantine blues...if you are sad you can no longer just pop out to your favorite neighborhood Mexican restaurant as often as you please, Chef Scott is coming to your rescue! Come join our Chef Instructor based in sunny San Diego for an ultimate Mexi-Cali Fiesta in your very own home kitchen. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to get your hands dirty, because Chef Scott is about to show you how to make tortillas from scratch, create two scrumptious fillings-carne asada and sweet potatoes & black beans-two original condiments, guac, and last but not least, margarita to round out your meal! ¡Ay dios mío! Once you've made your beautiful spread, raise your glass for a virtual toast with your fellow foodies, and Buen Provecho!

In this virtual class you’ll learn to make two different fillings - one meat and one plant based option - as well as Chef's unique sauces to top these savory morsels. And of course, guac and margarita for a full Mexican Fiesta. It’s a delicious and easily come together menu you’ll be able to enjoy with friends and family any time you want. Invite your friends and family to connect with you virtually and enjoy a fun evening of making everyone's favorite comfort food.

No experience is required! We will send you the equipment and ingredients list, which are easy to find and you may already have them in your home kitchen. If you don't have all ingredients, do not despair! Some ingredients can be easily substituted and our Chef will teach you how to make the most of what you already have on hand. Just make sure you have these essential ingredients: beef or ground meat, sweet potatoes or regular potatoes, onions, beans, tomatoes, lime, avocado, oil, corn or regular flour, and spice mix of Ground Cumin, Chili, Garlic, Paprika, Salt, Pepper to bring that Mexican flavor. You will have an opportunity to interact with the Chef and ask questions once you have created your dish.

Prepare your mis-en-place ahead of the session, grab your favorite drinks, and get ready to join a fun virtual cooking party! Ticket is on a per-person basis.Please note our class time is in the Eastern Time Zone!

In 2018 Chef Scott launched his own culinary brand— quickly earning a loyal following and critical acclaim.  Now, after years of success in California, Chef Scott is coming full circle—returning to Florida to bring his culinary vision back to where it all began. We will be sending you a list of ingredients and equipment you would need for this class. Please make sure you have your ingredients and equipment prepped and ready so that you can cook along with our Chef in real time! Some ingredients may require you to pre-cook before the session begins. A Zoom link will also be shared with you upon registration.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Our experience was absolutely FANTASTIC! This is a great virtual team-building activity and my team really loved it!
