One of CocuSocial's most highly rated Chef Instructors, Chef Scott will be your host today and teach you how to create following dishes from scratch: Baja Shrimp with Esquite Corn Relish, Baked Halibut with Crunchy Herb Topping, Cilantro Lime Rice, and finally Grilled Pineapple w/ Basil Whip Cream & Strawberries for dessert.

The full ingredients list consists of: a small bunch of basil, whip cream, strawberries, lemon, tajin spice, corn kernels, red onions, poblano peppers, jalapeño, cilantro, mayonnaise, baja or extra large shrimp, spice mix of lime, zested and juiced, cumin, chili, garlic, salt and pepper, filets of halibut or any other white fish of your choice, garlic, thyme, olive oil, oregano, panko bread crumbs, rice.
