Due to limited seating, and to ensure proper social distancing is in place, this venue can only accept bookings of 2 or more. If you are booking your class as a group please make the reservation under one name, as a full booking group.
Be transported to France with your Valentine where you will learn to make this delicious three-course meal. We’ll start off making Warm Goat’s Cheese Salad with Pears and Walnuts, a classic starter found in bistros all across France. Then we’ll make Chicken Braised in Apple Brandy and Cider, a dish hailing from Normandy. For dessert, we’ll finish with the decadent Chocolate Lava Cake, featuring chocolate sauce oozing from the center.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. This class is BYOB!
