In this fun and interactive class, you will learn the tips and tricks on how to make the classic Ravioli recipe from scratch. Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to roll out your dough through a pasta machine, shape and cut your dough into Ravioli pockets. You will then stuff your Ravioli pockets with a fresh combination of spinach and ricotta filling. Our Chef Instructor will then demonstrate how to create a deliciously simple yet classic brown butter and sage sauce, which will then be paired with your Ravioli creations! We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavours shine through in this simple yet impressive dish so you can ditch those gluey pre-packaged gnocchi and sauces for good!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4.
