Join Chef Rachel in her Long Beach, CA kitchen, while she teaches you step-by-step how to make the perfect, eggy pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful egg noodles. No pasta machine necessary! You will pair your hand-cut pasta with beef stroganoff, also made from scratch during class. All that's missing is a glass of wine!

Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun evening of crafting a beautiful meal from scratch, together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Rachel throughout the class and ask questions as you wish.
You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: flour, salt, pepper, eggs, beef (chuck roast works best, pre-cooked ahead of class,) garlic, mushroom, olive oil, cream, butter.
